Medusa to SDRC/UG

Post by smknutson » Tue Jul 06, 2004 4:15 pm

What is the best way to translate a large number of existing Medusa drawings (several 1000's) for use in SDRC I-DEAS or Unigraphics, either a direct translator (Medusa to SDRC) or from Medusa to IGES files which could then be imported into SDRC?

Medusa-IGES is only 2D. Z is always 0.
If you woudl like to translate Medusa3D model, you should use medvrml producst. But it will be just facet data.
I heard that CSG has considered medstl producst....
