On my Ubuntu 10.04 system libgfortran.so.1 is in [installation]/medusa4_personal_v5_0/medsys/med/share
and is a soft link to libgfortran.so in the same directory. Could you check that you have both of those?

Yes, in [instdir]/medsys/med/share is libgfortran.so.1 and link libgfortran.so.

If all files be in his plase's how i can run Medusa?

When i run /master_project/startmedusa/ in console i see message:

QGtkStyle cannot be used together with the GTK_Qt engine.
[MEDUSADIR]/medcolraster/m2d/run/draft: error while loading shared libraries: libtiff.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

P.S. Sorry for my English.

So why has the message changed I wonder? Were you starting from the Applications menu before?

Don't worry about that. You're doing OK.

Can you run startmedusa again in a terminal window, with a -V argument at the end of the command, and paste all of the messages here.

Before that message i dont see start link to run program in my desktop or gnome-menu and try find start link in all directory's. Now i find "startmedusa" in directory and run his - this is why message is changed. I try fix this problem, I install:

gtk-qt-engine
lib32gfortran3
qtcurve
libtiff5

but message dont fix.

i start "startmedusa -V":

./startmedusa -V

Some of the libraries you have just installed are 64-bit, to suit your system. But Medusa is 32-bit, and I think you need more of the 32-bit libraries.

If you install libc6-i386 you might get all those you need, but possibly ia32-libs instead or also. Sorry I cannot be more precise, before Medusa I installed Googleearth on this machine and it was 32-bit at the time, so I cannot remember which of the old libraries were for Googleearth and which for Medusa.
