ubuntu 9.10
I can not uninstall the program (medusa4 personal)

root@ubuntu:/opt/medusa4_personal_v4_0/_uninst#./uninst.csh

You probably have no access to the display. The simplest solution is just to delete the directory after copy to a safe location any data you wish to keep

How do you login to the root account. Are you using the sudo -l command? Please try sudo su and then try again.

uninstall wizard does not work
How to remove the program manually???

You can just delete the whole installation directory. The only thing that remains are the 2 xml files in /usr/share ... "don´t know the exact path" for the menu entries.
