med/run/csginst: Command not found. Ubuntu 9 x54

MEDUSA is a 32 bit program and you are installing on a 64 bit OS. As such you need a few extra packages. Try adding

ia32-apt-get
ia32-archive
ia32-libs
ia32-libs-tools

this got the install working for me.

Before tryign to print from MEDUSA make sure you can do it from Linux. It sound like you have not setup any printers.

missing library libdpstk.so.1

This library is not available in later linux distributions. You might get it to work by copying it from an olderb distribution

libXft problem on Ubuntu Hardy

This looks like you have downloaded 64 bit libs. MEDUSA is a 32 bit program so can not use these. I would try just renaming the libs in medsys/med/share and not use the libs you download or change LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Medusa 4 DON'T work on OpenSuSE 11

The scripts created by MEDUSA are csh based. I think you are probably using a bash shell so they are not working properly. The java lib you report in the last message is actually supplied as part of MEDUSA. I would make sure you are in a csh by issuing command /bin/csh then try the script again. If ...
