It could be related to the sheet you have loaded at the time. Try File>New>? and in the dialog that comes up set type to 3D and OK. This will be a blank 3D sheet then see if the buttons cause MEDUSA to quit. If it does then it would be useful to have more information about your hardware as this does...

The license being greyed out means you have the license and can use 3d. Which command in 3d causes the quit?

Probably not the driver. I would check the setting used for the printer. You can get these by using the properties button in the dialog where you select the printer. They may be different from those used when printing PDF

I would try using a product like PDF Creator that setups up a printer in Windows that will generate PDF output. If you then print to this from MEDUSA you can check if the dotted line is correct in the PDF output. If it is ok then you can try printing the PDF file if that does not work then it looks ...

Which platform and version of MEDUSA are you using? Are you plotting using qtplot?

Try double clicking the line to put it in edit mode. Alternatively select the line with LMB then RMB and select edit

I would check the permissions on /opt/medusa4_V3_1_1/MEDUSA4_PERS_V3_1/medsys/med/license/csglmd.lic
to make sure you have read access. Otherwise it could be that the license is not valid for you hostid

The install has failed as the master project creation has not worked. The issue is probably related to the message about setenv. Which csh do you have installed? If it tcsh I would uninstall that and install csh instead. Then try again.
You can uninstalled just by deleting the directory.
