Forums for older versions of Medusa?
I am a new employee at a company that uses an old version of Medusa from around 1990.
1990? That would be Rev 12.0 then. I don't suppose many Primes or VAXs are still functioning, but it's possible that current Sun (/Oracle) Sparcs ...

Unable to print under opensuse 10.2 (X86_64)

I've recalled my old correspondence with CIS/CV and remember I got a little Medusa GUI demo on monocrome Sun around 1987, during our Medusa 6.X evaluation in Oslo and Stockholm. Not sure if that was a CDS3000 (Sun 2) or a ...

Medusa from the old days?

From 1981 to 1983 I ran the technical side of Medusa support at CIS in the USA, then developed the first on-screen user interface for the Sun platform from 1984 to around 1991, interspersed with spells working on MPDS, the (never released) Mechanical Assembly Modeller, prototype GIS (eventually a pr...

Help text not visible on mouse flyover

I had although the same problem. Please try and run medusa as root. For some strange reason it seems to be working then.

We should probably contact CAD Schroer. But keep in mind, the current release is not released for Ubuntu 10.04

Error running medconfig

The current release of medusa perosnal is not suitable for Ubuntu 10.04. I think you will find some instructions on the internet to make it work. I hope that there´s a new version just around the corner. This one will hopefully support Ubuntu 10.10 otu of the box.
