and afterwards NOTHING opens ...
1.) Maybe: medusa doesnt work (jet) with (x)ubuntu 12.04??
2.) As i can't open BOTH medusa-installations, i can't uninstall it properly
3.) Which routine shall i use to uninstall BOTH versions of medusa and maybe install medusa_v5 again?

I think you should contact with the service provider, this issue should be resumed as soon as possible...

I have Install Medusa4 Personal V5.2.1 under 3.13.0-76-generic x86_64 but on start theire is for a short time a terminal window and than nothing.

have you installed the missing 64bit-libraries?
Take look in the forum there are some posts regarding those libraries-problems.
