Upgrading shows

So I switched from Sonarr to Medusa. Very happy with it! Thanks!!

One issue. Medusa wants to upgrade all my TV shows from SD to 720p or higher. It's been very busy downloading upgraded shows.

Any way to make it stop doing that for current shows and prevent it from doing it for any new show I add?
