Hello taber,
Check that the physical address in key file matches your computer. Save the license file your received to your disk. During install browse and select the license file from disk and installation program will copy it to correct location. Do not install in location with space in path and it should work.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Don for your reply.
I cheek the adress and I find:
in licence: 00-0C-6E-03-14-38
in computer: 000c6e031438
That look the same.
one think in strange: the file is received is in *.csglic, and when the program ask for file, he expect a file *.lic
may be is the problem. I ask too time for license, and I receive the same .
Thanks for your help!
Cordialy
